Anxiety and panic attacks nearly destroyed me but because of God I got the strength to get through it! I still struggle with it I still find it difficult but this life will never be easy! I am blessed to know and have Jesus in my life! This isn’t about me it’s about what Jesus has done for me, if you are feeling alone and struggling with anxiety and depression I can promise you that it will get better! Now is not forever. I am not ashamed to tell you all what Jesus has done for me, I felt alone I felt trapped I didn’t want to die but I didn’t want to live thats how it felt!
