Meditation is considered a form of Yoga ( Dhyana) and volunteer work is also considered a type of Yoga ( Seva). It was not the case that I was doing Hatha Yoga or yogic postures ( Asanas) for 15 hours but rather a combination of all of the above as well as other forms. Deception is the name of the game. Yoga is NOT what it appears to be dear friends...I tell you from personal experience.
